		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;The Vidarbha region of India harbours a significant amount of biodiversity. However, the region still severely lacks data on lesser-known taxa such as odonates (dragonflies and damselflies). To partially fill in the knowledge gap on odonates, opportunistic surveys were conducted across nine sites in the Gondia district of Vidarbha between 2019 and 2021. In this report, the presence of 35 species from the study area, representing around 1/4th of the total odonate diversity of Maharashtra is recorded. The results are indicative of the need for consistent sampling efforts in the region. Further systematic and long-term monitoring studies on odonates in Vidarbha Region are proposed.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The monotypic genus Fulmekiola Karny of Thrips genus-group (Thripidae: Thripinae) is recorded in Iran for the first time. This is the sixth member of this group recorded from Iran after Microcephalothrips (one species), Sphaerothrips (one species), Stenchaetothrips (2 species), Stenothrips (one species) and Thrips (35 species). Diagnostic characters and the geographical distribution of the newly recorded thrips, Fulmekiola serrata (Kobus) are provided along with an updated key to genera of the Iranian Thrips-group.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The focus of this study was to extend investigations on Collembola fauna in parts of Hyrcanian forests - Hezarjirib forests, located near Neka in Mazandaran province. For this, irregular samplings from leaf litter and soil in different localities were done during 2020–2021. The springtail specimens were extracted by Berlese funnel and after permanent slide mounting identified by relevant taxonomic keys. It resulted in the identification of 25 species belonging to eight families and 19 genera. Three species including Hypogastrura papillata Gisin, 1949 (Hypogastruridae), Lepidocyrtus bicoloris Mateos, 2012 (Entomobryidae) and Folsomia trisetata Jordana &amp; Ardanaz, 1981 (Isotomidae) were recorded for the first time from Iran. Brief information for each species including the material studied, distribution and some illustrations of the new records are given.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;The Chinese species, Lophoptera trigonoprocessa Qi &amp; Xue, 2011 is reported for the first time from India. Apart from this, L. squammigera Guenée, 1852 and L. illucida (Walker, 1865) are illustrated from the Indian region. Images of the adults and genitalia are provided. 		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Chalcidoidea play an important role in the biological control of many agricultural pests. The present study determines and compares the diversities of this superfamily in four ecosystems in the Lake Urmia basin. It is the largest hypersaline lake in the world with a large basin of different ecological conditions in northwest Iran. These stations were: Khajeh (K) and Tasuj (T) in Lake Urmia Basin (LUB&lt;sub style=&quot;box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;&quot;&gt;in&lt;/sub&gt;) and Khoda-Afarin (KA) and Tikme-Dash (TD) out of their (LUB&lt;sub style=&quot;box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;&quot;&gt;out&lt;/sub&gt;). Four months of Malaise trapping in these habitats resulted in a total of 512 specimens from 11 families of Chalcidoidea, including 6, 9, 10 and 10 families in K, KA, T and TD, respectively. Maximum abundance was observed in the T station with 192 and the minimum was in the K station with 38. However, the families, Encyrtidae and Chalcididae have maximum abundance in T and KA, respectively. The maximum activity of chalcidoid wasps was observed during June-August. The majority of the species were belonging to the family Mymaridae (25%), in LUB&lt;sub style=&quot;box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;&quot;&gt;out&lt;/sub&gt; habitats peaked at 47 specimens in TD during the sampling period, while the corresponding LUB&lt;sub style=&quot;box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;&quot;&gt;in &lt;/sub&gt;habitats peaked at 40 specimens in T. 		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The occurrence of Pauesia silana Tremblay, as an aphid parasitoid (Hym., Braconidae, Aphidiinae) in Tunisia is documented. The parasitoid was found in association with the Aleppo pine aphid, Cinara palaestinensis Hille Ris Lambers, infesting Pinus halepensis. Specimens were collected by the rearing of the mummified aphids from the colonies infested the pine trees in the Arboretum of the Institut Supérieur Agronomique Chott Mériem (ISA CM - Tunisia) during March–April 2021. A brief diagnosis is provided for the recorded parasitoid. This is the first record of a Pauesia species in Tunisia (out of the purposeful introduction of Pauesia antennata Mukerji). Two secondary parasitoids including Asaphes vulgaris Walker and Pachyneuron aphidis (Bouché) (Hym., Chalcidoidea, Pteromalidae) have also emerged from the mummified aphids. The known Cinara aphids and their associated parasitoids in the North African country are reviewed. Both Aleppo pine aphid and the newly detected parasitoid might be considered exotic species in North Africa, sourced from a recent accidental introduction inside the Mediterranean area, or a horizontal expansion across the North African countries.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lucilia cuprina and Lucilia sericata are two closely related species due to their similarity in morphology, habitat, distribution, and economic importance. Even though other methods have segregated the species, the aspect of comparative studies on geometric morphometrics and cuticular hydrocarbon composition in species variability is yet to be explored in these species. This study was conducted to assess variability between the two species and between the sexes. Wing shapes of 187 specimens of both species were analysed by geometric morphometric techniques. Landmarks 11, 10, 6 and 9, which corresponds to the intersection between the medial and the radial medial veins, medial and branched cubitus veins, distal end of radius vein (R2 + 3 vein) and curve point of medial vein, respectively, contributed significantly to the variability within and between species. Cuticular hydrocarbon profiles of four randomly collected individuals each of male and female L. cuprina and L. sericata, were assessed using GC-MS. Octadecene, Celidoniol, Hexatriacontane, Tetracontane and Tetracontane were identified as common for both species. 9-Octadecenal(z) and Tetracosane-11-decyl being recorded as the most abundant hydrocarbons in male and female L. cuprina, and 13-methylheptacosane and Tetratetracontane in male and female L. sericata, respectively. Diagnostic characters indicating the variabilities can be used for the identification of the species.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Previously published works of literature were reviewed to prepare the checklist of grasshoppers under the family Acrididae from Nepal. The present checklist of grasshoppers under the family Acrididae includes 69 species belonging to 41 genera, and 18 tribes with 11 subfamilies. Oedipodinae (17) was the most species-richest subfamily followed by Gomphocerinae (12), Catantopinae (9), Oxyinae (7), Cyrtacanthacridinae (6), Acridinae (6), Eyprepocnemidinae (4), Coptacrinae (3), Hemiacridinae (2), Calliptaminae (2), and Spathosterninae (1). This checklist will be also helpful to forecast outbreaks of grasshopper species and apply appropriate management approaches.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Six new species of the genus Eumerus Meigen, 1822 are here described from Iran. The new species and their four related groups are as follows: E. nadoosheni Gilasian &amp; van Steenis sp. nov. of the Eumerus barbarus group; E. pollinipedes Gilasian &amp; van Steenis sp. nov. of the Eumerus minotaurus group; E. effossus Gilasian &amp; van Steenis sp. nov. and E. similis Gilasian &amp; van Steenis sp. nov. of the Eumerus obliquus group, as well as E. intermedius Gilasian &amp; van Steenis sp. nov. and E. khiabani Gilasian &amp; van Steenis sp. nov. of the Eumerus ornatus group. In addition, the species E. argyropus Loew, 1848 and E. torsicus Grković &amp; Vujić, 2015 are newly recorded from Iran. The illustrations of the male genitalia and images of the new species are provided.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</Abstract>

		<Abstract>View on Scopus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The knowledge of Collembola diversity is far from complete, especially on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. This paper presents a summary of all identified species of springtails in the area of Kosovo and Metohija. The list of species includes a total of 119 species of springtails classified into 65 genera, 16 families, and 4 orders. Representatives of all four recent orders of Collembola are present in this checklist. The order with the greatest number of species is Entomobryomorpha with 55 determined species, while the order Neelipleona is present with only one endemic cave species Neelus klisurensis Kovác &amp; Papác, 2010, which is found in the aphotic zone of the cave in Velika Klisura at the foot of Prokletije mountains. The family with the most number of species is Entomobryidae Schäffer, 1896 with 21 species, while the most scarce families are Poduridae, Paronellidae and Neelidae, each with one representative. The family with the most genera is Isotomidae with a total of 11 genera. The genus Entomobrya Rondani, 1861 is the genus with the most species, with a total of 11 species. The fauna of the springtails of Kosovo and Metohija has not been properly and sufficiently investigated, although great diversity and high endemism can be expected in this territory, especially in the unexplored caves and gorges. The importance of springtail research is manifold. This paper is a contribution to add knowledge to the existing fauna of Kosovo and Metohija and the starting point for further research of springtails in this area.</Abstract>
