Abstract
Denison’s Organizational Culture Model (DOCS) was used widely by academics and practitioners today. However we included the papers has published in Iranian journals that was published in several Iranian universities in a systematic review and results of a meta-analysis suggested that all cultures’ traits; involvement, Consistency, adaptability, and mission have similar measures. We found some methodological errors in the Denison and Mishra (1995) paper. First of all the correlation test wasn’t suite statistical test to compare the four traits of organizational cultures. And finally the five point Likert measurement in not good enough to measure the traits of organizational cultures. We should be concerned about the relation between organizational effectiveness and four traits of organizational cultures based on these methodological errors.

Abstract
The story of Daghughi in Mathnavi, composed by Jolaliddin Mohammad Moulavi,A mystic, poet, and thinker of th century(Hejri) (th A.D.) , and Memorable Fancy in the Marriage of Heaven & Hell , written by William Blake, poet , mystic, and thinker of th and th century(A.D.)are mystical works . In this article, these two revelations in Contrastive literature genre with aphoristic content, with attention to view point of Hans.G.Gadamer and T.S.Eliot have been analysed. Some literary works owing to their special characteristics lie at the top of all literary texts. in other words are considered classic works of art . The result shows that in revelation of Daghughi and Blake, Wisdom and aphoristic contents are coursing like blood throughout the body of text although this revelation is imaginative and spiritual, with attention to rhetorical attitude, it will help man understand life better. Narration, allegory, attitude of oratorical subjects, short sentences and proverbs influence humans in wondrous way that provide us with awareness and practical doctrines.

Abstract
Corporate citizenship represents various organizational activities and status related to the organization’s societal and stakeholder obligations. Corporate citizenship consists of four dimensions. This study examines the impact of corporate citizenship dimensions on the customer loyalty through mediator variables such as corporate reputation and brand equity. This study was a descriptive survey and carried out among Iran Insurance Company’s customers in Tehran city and 400 questionnaires were distributed to collect data. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS22 and LISREL8.8. Reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient as the amount of which was 89/0 and validity was conducted through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Research hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling (SEM) with LISREL softwares. The result of research showed that legal citizenship, ethical citizenship, and philanthropic citizenship have a positive and significant effects on corporate reputation, but economic citizenship has no effect on corporate reputation. Also, corporate reputation has a positive and significant effects on brand equity and customer loyalty, and brand equity has a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty. Finally, the indirect effect of corporate citizenship’s dimensions on customer loyalty through the mediating roles of corporate reputation and brand equity was confirmed.

Abstract
Baetiella muchei (Braasch, 1978) is recorded for the first time from the Neeru stream of Jammu and Kashmir, India. The variability in larval characters such as size, the shape of the labrum, and the number of the sub-marginal arc of setae in the labrum differs from 12 to 22, degree of fusion of the mandibular incisors, spines on the distal margin of the tergites, distal margin of the paraproct, and the length of cerci are observed from the Indian population when compared to the type specimens. The species number of Baetiella Uéno, 1931 has now increased to six in India. A distributional map of this species is also provided.

Abstract
Early diagnosis of hypertensive diseases such as cancer plays an essential role in preventing disease progression. The main cause of death from cancer is the reappearance of the disease due to the release of tumor cells in the blood of the patient. Among the various methods that have been devised for monitoring blood in recent years, the techniques based on micro-scale flow have specially been considered. The development of these methods has led to the emergence of microfluidics laboratories on the chips, which their main advantages are low prices and simplicity. Since the particles’ sizes are different in the flow of blood, the direction of these particles in the micro-channels will vary due to the different forces, and therefore they can be analyzed to the design of bio-microchips. In the present study, a two-phase flow containing spherical particles with the dimensions of blood cells was considered, and the forces affecting the particles of this current, including the lift forces and drag forces, were studied using COMSOL software. For this purpose, a micro divergent channel was designed and the effect of ratio of the outlet width to the inlet width (Aspect Ratio) as an effective geometric parameter in the biological particle separation was analyzed. The study of the effect of particle dimensions and various geometric parameters of the channel on bio-particles separation are the main goals of this research. The results show that by increasing the Aspect ratio, focusing of the larger particles would increase at the outlet of micro-channel.

Abstract
The necessity of paying attention to the factor of context in current entrepreneurial research makes exploring of entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism industry in the city of Zahedan a prominent research topic. Therefore, the present research, using a qualitative and exploratory plan, conceptualizes the entrepreneurial opportunities of the tourism industry in the aforementioned Iranian city. The statistical population of the study consists of experts in the fields of entrepreneurship and tourism. The sampling method is theoretical and the criterion for determining the sample size is theoretical saturation. Data collection was performed through several semi-structured qualitative interviews with twenty-three sample. The results of the coding, categorization and validation process led to the developing of 11 main categories (anthropological opportunity, geomorphological opportunity, dynamic opportunity, non-dynamic opportunity, placebo effect opportunity, technological opportunity, knowledge-based opportunity, abdominal opportunity, commercialization opportunity, service opportunity, Medical Opportunity) and 31 sub-categories as entrepreneurial opportunities in the tourism industry of the city of Zahedan. On the one hand, the research findings contain theoretical contribution to the knowledge-based domain of entrepreneurship from the perspective of the necessity of developing grounded concepts based on the dynamics and specific contextual conditions, and explain the action of entrepreneur in Iran, on the other hand. These are also appropriate for designing of relevant models, especially in the tourism industry. In this regard, and based on the research findings, some suggestions for future researches, and some practical and policy-making implications for the scientific discipline of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial actions, and policy-making in the country's field of entrepreneurship have been presented.
